FREE MASTERCLASS:
HRT Q&A
Masterclass with Dr. Carrie Jones
You’re ready for hormones but still have questions!
I got you!
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is everywhere in the conversation right now—but when it comes to you, the details can feel messy, overwhelming and just plain confusing.
This 60min masterclass is your next step: a live Q&A created especially for women in midlife who are ready to take control and get answers to those confusing questions.
We did an HRT 101 masterclass in September and the Q&A box was FULL!
Everything from “Am I too old?" “What if I had breast cancer?” “What’s the best form of HRT?” to “I have fibroids, endometriosis or high blood pressure, can I use it?”
I’ve been prescribing hormone therapy for 20 years, follow the latest research closely, lecture all over the world on women’s health, and read your comments/dms closely. I know it’s confusing!
Here’s are your questions we’ll cover inside the webinar:
Is HRT right for ME (which ones do you start with?)
Understand how your unique story—health history, age, symptoms—fits into the HRT picture. At what age do I start? Am I too early? Too late? Is 55yo too old?
Get clarity on the best window of opportunity as many women are worried they missed it.Which type of HRT is the “best” type?
Pills, patches, gels, injections, combo vs. solo hormones—we’ll break it down in clear language. My doctor suggested the birth control pill. I’m 45 and don’t want that. Can’t I do bioidentical?
Why the pill? And what does bioidentical even mean?Progesterone gives me heartburn and constipation. Is that normal?
Progesterone pills can be amazing but do relax the GI tract. Let’s talk about it.How do I know if the dose is right? I feel better so is that good enough?
We’ll discuss that and the optimal estradiol level for bone health.I am on blood pressure medication and was told I can’t use HRT. Is that right?
There are a lot of misconceptions around who can and can’t use HRT we’ll discuss. How long can I stay on HRT—and what happens if I decide to stop or change it?
Explore safety, tapering, and how to think about longevity with hormones.I had breast cancer at 40yo. I’m 50 now and suffering so many symptoms. What can I do?
I’m not an oncologist but let’s review what’s being shown in the research.Won’t HRT make my fibroids worse? Or my endometriosis?
HRT is an umbrella term that encompasses a few different hormones. Not just estradiol.
Who should join me?
