Hi! I’m Dr. Carrie Jones

&

I’m here to cut through the BS about hormones!

With years of experience and thousands of patient and practitioner stories under my belt, I’m here to help you understand your body like never before.

Because “fine” isn’t good enough when you don’t feel fine.

Whether you’re struggling with perimenopause, stress overload, or just feel like your body has become a mystery, my job is to help you finally understand what’s happening—and what to do about it. I make the complex topics feel clear, the overwhelming feel doable, and the awkward feel funny (because midlife is weird, and we might as well laugh).

Your hormones might feel like herding cats. Let me help.

I’m passionate about blending science + soul, HRT + herbs, practical + magic for seriously good hormone talks—from PMS to menopause and everything in between (yes, #over40, this means you).

Does Estrogen Live Forever?

You make estrogen. You might even take estrogen. But what does your body do with it once it’s done? Does it just hang around forever? How does it actually get out? That whole process is called estrogen metabolism (or detoxification), and it happens primarily in your liver, bile/intestines, and kidneys. And the best part? There’s a lot you can do to support it. Detoxification isn’t a once-a-year juice cleanse. It happens 24/7/365 — through birthdays, holidays, stress, and every “I’ll start Monday” moment. Think of detox like a bathtub: Phase 3 is the sewer line. Phase 2 is the drain. Phase 1 is the water coming in. You don’t open the faucet until you know the drain (and the sewer) are clear otherwise you get problems…

Testimonials:

Dr. Jones has a captivating, fun and memorable teaching style that can make even the most difficult-to-grasp concepts easy to remember and implement. Her “practical tactical” approach - which she combines with humor and relatability - instantly makes you feel like you’re learning from your medical school-trained best friend who has your best interests at heart. Dr. Jones has made me a better doctor and is someone I trust to educate my patients. I always refer them to her content online and am excited whenever she comes out with something new to teach us!
